About the Role
We’re looking for a driven and adaptable Associate Recruiter who is early in their career and interested in building hands-on experience in talent acquisition.
You’ll support sourcing, candidate engagement, recruitment pipeline management, interview coordination, and recruiting operations while working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
This role is well suited to a recent graduate who is organized, proactive, comfortable working independently, and eager to develop practical recruiting expertise.
What You’ll Do
Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates across multiple roles.
Build and maintain active recruitment pipelines using digital sourcing platforms and modern recruiting techniques.
Manage multiple requisitions while maintaining an organized and timely candidate experience.
Communicate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment updates.
Coordinate interviews and help gather and organize candidate feedback.
Support hiring teams throughout the decision-making process.
Track recruitment activity and maintain accurate candidate and pipeline records.
Monitor recruiting metrics and contribute to improvements in recruitment processes.
Support employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives.
Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree from a U.S. university, preferably completed within the last 1–2 years.
Demonstrated experience or strong interest in recruitment and candidate sourcing.
Excellent self-management skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
Familiarity with recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems, and social media channels.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Effective prioritization and follow-through.
Energetic, persistent, and willing to take on new challenges.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

An internship or previous experience in recruiting or HR is helpful but not required.
Startup or high-growth company experience and a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement are also beneficial.

Success in this role means consistently maintaining an organized candidate pipeline, supporting timely recruitment activity, communicating clearly with stakeholders, and helping create a positive candidate experience.
You’ll be expected to learn quickly, manage multiple priorities, follow through on assigned work, and progressively take greater ownership of recruiting activities.
Compensation & Engagement
Annual compensation equivalent: $57,600, calculated at 40 hours per week across 48 workable weeks per year.
Hourly rate: $30/hour.
Full-time engagement.
Fully remote.
