Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms form an agreement between you and Recruitment Room, the operator of RR JobCopilot. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you use the service for an organisation, you confirm you may bind that organisation.

2. The service

RR JobCopilot discovers job openings, drafts and submits applications on your instruction, optimises resumes for applicant tracking systems, and provides interview and salary preparation tools.

We are not an employer, recruiter of record, or immigration adviser. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, employment or visa outcomes.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your credentials secure.

• You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.
• One account per person; accounts may not be shared or resold.
• You must tell us promptly about any unauthorised access.

4. Your content and AI-generated drafts

You keep ownership of your resume, answers and any material you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process that material to deliver the service.

AI features produce drafts. You are responsible for reviewing every application for accuracy before it is submitted, and you must not use the service to misrepresent qualifications, employment history or identity.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information to employers.
• Use the service to spam employers or to circumvent their application rules.
• Reverse engineer, scrape or resell any part of the platform.
• Upload malware, or content that is unlawful, discriminatory or infringing.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle — weekly, monthly, quarterly or annually — until cancelled. Prices are shown in your local currency where supported and may include taxes at checkout.

You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues to the end of the current period.

7. Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on first-time purchases. Request a refund through the contact page within 14 days of the initial charge and we will process it to the original payment method.

Renewals after the first period, and periods that have already been substantially used, are not refundable except where required by law.

8. Availability and changes

We aim for continuous availability but the service is provided on an as-is basis without uptime warranties. We may add, change or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of material reductions to paid functionality.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost opportunities, lost earnings or indirect losses.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or that create risk for employers or other users. You may close your account at any time; see the Privacy Policy for how data is deleted afterwards.

11. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, without limiting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
