About the Role

We are seeking bilingual mental health professionals with advanced expertise in psychology or psychiatry to contribute to a project focused on improving the quality, accuracy, and cultural sensitivity of AI systems.

You will apply your professional knowledge to evaluate AI-generated psychological content, develop and review realistic mental health scenarios, identify inaccuracies or potential bias, and provide detailed feedback to support AI training and evaluation.

No prior AI experience is required. Your clinical, research, academic, and linguistic expertise is the primary focus of this role.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate AI-generated psychological content for accuracy, relevance, and appropriate ethical considerations.

• Develop and review datasets involving psychological case studies, assessments, clinical scenarios, research vignettes, and therapeutic conversations.

• Provide detailed written feedback and verbal insights to improve AI-generated responses.

• Identify potential psychological, cultural, linguistic, or ethical issues in AI outputs.

• Recommend evidence-based improvements to inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate responses.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to incorporate psychological concepts and frameworks into AI training and evaluation.

• Assess content across diverse cultural and linguistic contexts.

• Help ensure outputs reflect appropriate clinical, cultural, and linguistic practices.

• Contribute to documentation and knowledge-sharing resources supporting ongoing model development.

Requirements

• Completed PhD in Psychology or an MD with completed Psychiatry residency.

• Native proficiency in at least one of the following languages:

  • French

  • Polish

• Ability to communicate complex psychological concepts clearly in both written and verbal formats.

• Professional experience in clinical practice, psychological research, psychiatry, or higher education.

• Strong analytical and evaluative skills.

• Ability to assess psychological information, case material, and narrative content carefully.

• Strong understanding of cultural sensitivity and ethical considerations in diverse mental health contexts.

• Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience contributing to interdisciplinary projects involving technology, research, or AI.

• Experience evaluating complex psychological or clinical content.

• Experience developing case studies, assessments, research materials, or educational resources.

• Experience working across different cultural or linguistic contexts.

Compensation

Actual earnings will depend on hours worked, project duration, and applicable contract terms.
