About the Role

We are seeking experienced career coaching and professional development specialists to participate in a project focused on improving career development resources and training next-generation AI systems.

You will draw on your professional coaching experience to participate in realistic one-on-one conversations covering career planning, job searches, interviews, professional development, workplace challenges, and career transitions.

No prior AI experience is required. Your practical coaching expertise and ability to provide thoughtful, relevant guidance are what matter most.

What You'll Do

• Participate in realistic one-on-one career coaching conversations with other professionals.

• Discuss common career situations, including career planning, job searches, interviews, professional development, and career transitions.

• Provide practical and thoughtful guidance based on real-world coaching experience.

• Use active listening, effective questioning, and strong communication throughout coaching conversations.

• Adapt your approach to different career goals, professional backgrounds, and individual circumstances.

• Follow project guidelines to ensure conversations remain natural, professional, and representative of real career coaching interactions.

Requirements

• Professional experience as a Career Coach, Career Counselor, Career Advisor, Professional Coach, or in a comparable role.

• Several years of hands-on experience in career coaching, counseling, mentoring, or professional development is preferred.

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.

• Ability to conduct natural, engaging, and constructive one-on-one coaching conversations.

• Experience supporting individuals with career planning, job searches, interviews, workplace challenges, or career transitions.

• Comfortable working remotely and participating in paired conversation sessions.
