General and Operations Manager

Compensation: $70–$110/hour ($145,600–$228,800 annualized, based on 40 hours/week)

About the Opportunity

We are seeking experienced General and Operations Managers to help evaluate and improve advanced AI systems.

You will apply your real-world operational management expertise to evaluate AI-generated operational content and workflows, particularly involving multi-department operations, staffing, financial oversight, and cross-functional decision-making.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate AI-generated operational plans, staff schedules, performance reviews, and other management artifacts for quality and accuracy.

• Compare AI-generated responses based on operational soundness, financial rigor, and cross-department feasibility.

• Review operational scenarios involving budgeting, staffing, workflow coordination, and performance improvement.

• Provide expert feedback based on your professional operations management experience.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience as a General Manager, Operations Manager, Operations Director, Business Manager, District Manager, or in a closely related general operations management role.

• Experience directing multi-department or multi-location operations, including budgeting, staffing, and performance oversight.

• Strong written English communication skills.

• Availability to commit 20+ hours per week.

Contract Details

• Work arrangement: Fully remote.

• Location: United States.

• Engagement: Independent contractor.

• Start: Immediate.

• Expected duration: Approximately 4–6 weeks.

• Initial payment is task-based, with hourly compensation available for the remainder of the project after successful completion and approval of the first task.

• Projects may be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on project requirements and performance.
