About the Role

We are seeking Management Analysts and business consultants with strong experience in structured problem-solving, business analysis, strategic recommendations, and executive communication.

You will work with complex and sometimes incomplete information, structure ambiguous business problems, perform quantitative analysis, and turn scattered inputs into concise recommendations. You will also create polished, executive-ready presentations that communicate findings clearly and support business decision-making.

No prior AI experience is required. Your consulting, analytical, and business problem-solving expertise is what matters.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze complex and ambiguous business problems and structure them into clear, actionable frameworks.

• Break broad business questions into logical analyses, hypotheses, and decision points.

• Gather, organize, and synthesize scattered or unstructured information into concise insights.

• Develop evidence-based business recommendations from qualitative and quantitative inputs.

• Build executive-ready PowerPoint presentations that communicate a clear storyline and key findings.

• Highlight the most important conclusions and translate analysis into 1–2 actionable recommendations.

• Perform basic quantitative analysis in Excel to test hypotheses and support recommendations.

• Communicate analytical findings clearly through written and verbal formats.

• Collaborate remotely with project leads to refine analyses and deliverables.

• Incorporate feedback while maintaining accuracy, clarity, and alignment with project objectives.

Requirements

• Professional experience as a Management Analyst, Strategy Analyst, Management Consultant, Business Consultant, or in a comparable business advisory role.

• Strong ability to structure ambiguous business problems into logical analytical frameworks.

• Demonstrated ability to synthesize unstructured or fragmented information into clear recommendations.

• Advanced proficiency in creating polished, executive-level PowerPoint presentations.

• Strong analytical skills and practical proficiency with Excel for basic quantitative analysis.

• Ability to develop concise, compelling business narratives supported by evidence.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently on remote projects with limited guidance.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in strategy consulting, management consulting, business advisory, corporate strategy, or business transformation.

• Experience preparing presentations and recommendations for senior executives or business leaders.

• Strong understanding of hypothesis-driven problem solving and structured business analysis.

• Experience working with incomplete, inconsistent, or unstructured business information.

• Experience translating quantitative and qualitative analysis into actionable recommendations.

• Familiarity with consulting-style frameworks, executive reporting, and decision-support materials.

• Experience working on remote consulting or advisory projects.
