About the Role

We’re looking for experienced operations and service delivery professionals who can combine practical operational expertise with strong PowerPoint and presentation skills.

You’ll work with business presentations covering areas such as process improvement, logistics reviews, service performance, capacity planning, and service-level management.

Your role will be to reconstruct and improve presentation slides while preserving the accuracy and context of the underlying operational information. You’ll strengthen data visualization, message hierarchy, storytelling, and executive communication while applying your professional judgment to determine what should be changed and what should remain.

No previous AI experience is required.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze business presentation slides covering operations and service delivery topics.

• Reconstruct supplied slides accurately using Microsoft PowerPoint.

• Improve slide structure, layout, visual hierarchy, and overall presentation quality.

• Strengthen charts, tables, diagrams, and operational data visualizations.

• Improve narrative flow and visual storytelling while preserving the intended meaning.

• Edit and refine content for precision, clarity, and factual accuracy.

• Preserve important operational terminology, definitions, assumptions, and context.

• Work with materials such as process improvement reviews, logistics analyses, service-level reports, capacity plans, and operational performance presentations.

• Assess whether slide titles and key messages accurately communicate the supporting evidence.

• Select and improve exhibits so operational insights are communicated effectively.

• Recognize when existing content or design elements are already effective and should be preserved.

• Document changes made to each slide and clearly explain the reasoning behind those decisions.

• Complete individual assignments efficiently, typically within 1–2 hours per slide.

• Participate in flexible, project-based and sprint-based work as project needs change.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in operations, service delivery, supply chain, process improvement, or a related field.

• Experience working in industry, consulting, or operational advisory environments.

• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills.

• Experience creating or improving executive-level, senior-stakeholder, or client-facing presentations.

• Strong understanding of data visualization and visual storytelling.

• Ability to turn operational information and performance data into clear business narratives.

• Strong content editing and written communication skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking.

• Ability to explain and defend presentation, analytical, and editorial decisions.

• Comfort working independently in a remote environment.

This role goes beyond presentation design.

You’ll need to understand the operational story behind each slide and determine what information matters most to the intended audience.

When improving a presentation, you should be able to explain how your changes make the message clearer, strengthen the use of evidence, improve data communication, or support better decision-making. You should also recognize when an existing element is accurate and effective and should be preserved rather than changed unnecessarily.

What Success Looks Like

Successful presentations will be accurate, polished, logically structured, and easy for senior or client-facing audiences to understand.

Each slide should communicate its operational message clearly, use data and exhibits effectively, preserve important business context, and demonstrate deliberate reasoning behind both the changes made and the elements retained.

Compensation & Engagement

• Annual compensation equivalent: $288,000–$672,000, calculated at 40 hours per week across 48 workable weeks per year.

• Hourly rate: $150–$350/hour.

• Contractor engagement.
