About the Role

We’re looking for experienced Producers from film, television, digital media, and live events to contribute their real-world production expertise to an AI evaluation project.

You’ll design realistic production-management scenarios, create and assess production documentation, and develop rigorous evaluation criteria that test how effectively AI systems handle complex production decisions.

No prior AI experience is required. Your production expertise, judgment, and ability to work with multiple real-world constraints are the core qualifications.

What You’ll Do

• Design realistic evaluation tasks based on production-management scenarios such as budget reconciliation, scheduling changes, vendor coordination, and crew management.

• Source, construct, and curate authentic production artifacts, including budgets, contracts, call sheets, delivery schedules, and crew assignments.

• Develop solutions and determine appropriate decisions while accounting for multiple production constraints.

• Create detailed evaluation rubrics with 35+ criteria covering decision-making, constraint management, reasoning, and production deliverables.

• Document production processes and workflows in clear, precise written English.

• Collaborate asynchronously with the project team to refine task design and maintain alignment with current production practices.

• Apply practical knowledge of real-world production challenges to ensure evaluation tasks are authentic, rigorous, and industry-relevant.

Requirements

• 5+ years of credited project experience in film, television, digital, or live event production.

• Demonstrated expertise in production management and coordination.

• Direct experience managing and reconciling production budgets, call sheets, and contracts.

• Experience coordinating vendors and crew while balancing time, cost, scheduling, and resource constraints.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to create clear production documentation and technical materials.

• Strong analytical judgment and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote, asynchronous environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating or evaluating multi-criteria rubrics, technical assessments, or structured evaluation tools.

• Experience working across complex productions with multiple stakeholders, vendors, crews, and competing constraints.

• Experience translating practical production knowledge into structured workflows or assessment criteria.

• Familiarity with AI evaluation, benchmarking, or technical assessment projects is useful but not required.

Compensation & Engagement

• Hourly rate equivalent: $45–$85/hour.

• 40-hour annual compensation equivalent: $93,600–$176,800/year.

• Compensation is output-based and paid per task that meets project specifications.

• Task completion time may vary based on experience and individual workflow.

• Minimum weekly submission requirements apply.

• Selected experts should be prepared to begin their first tasks within 24–48 hours of completing onboarding.
