We are seeking experienced Software Developers to contribute to a customer project focused on building robust, scalable software solutions.

You will apply your software development expertise to help train next-generation AI systems through high-quality, real-world technical input. No prior AI experience is required — your software development expertise is what matters.

The role is particularly suited to professionals with strong foundations in programming, data structures, algorithms, Git, and debugging, along with a track record of delivering impactful software solutions.

What You'll Do

• Develop, review, and refine code samples and modules based on project requirements.

• Analyze and evaluate coding solutions for efficiency, scalability, and maintainability.

• Provide feedback and insights on data structures, algorithms, and debugging strategies.

• Use Git for version control and collaborative code management.

• Document technical approaches and code logic clearly.

• Participate in asynchronous written and verbal discussions to clarify deliverables and support iterative improvement.

• Identify and resolve technical issues or inconsistencies to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.

• Based in the United States.

• Strong understanding of core programming concepts and proficiency in at least one major programming language.

• Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and debugging methodologies.

• Proven experience using Git for collaborative software projects.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and responsiveness.

• Experience contributing to projects requiring clear documentation and peer review.

• Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.

Contract Details

• Work arrangement: Fully remote.

• Engagement: Independent contractor.

• Projects may be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on project requirements and performance.
