About the Role

We’re looking for experienced Supply Chain Managers with hands-on expertise in supply chain operations, ERP systems, demand planning, supplier evaluation, and inventory analysis.

You’ll apply your practical supply chain knowledge to realistic scenarios involving demand forecasting, supply planning, supplier performance, inventory management, procurement, and operational reporting as part of a project focused on evaluating and improving AI systems.

No prior AI experience is required. Your supply chain expertise, analytical judgment, and ability to clearly document and explain operational decisions are the core qualifications.

What You’ll Do

• Use ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar platforms at a user level to support supply chain workflows and data activities.

• Build straightforward demand forecasts and supply plans using real or hypothetical data.

• Develop and complete supplier evaluation scorecards covering cost, quality, reliability, service, and other relevant performance metrics.

• Analyze inventory and stock levels to identify discrepancies, shortages, supply risks, and potential operational issues.

• Prepare clear supply chain reports using intermediate Excel functions, including pivot tables, lookups, and basic formulas.

• Analyze supply chain data to support operational and procurement decisions.

• Combine sourcing and purchasing knowledge to work through end-to-end procurement scenarios.

• Document supply chain processes, assumptions, findings, and recommendations clearly.

• Communicate operational analysis effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Work independently to organize tasks and consistently deliver project requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience using leading ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar systems in a supply chain environment.

• Practical experience in supply chain management and operational analysis.

• Experience with demand planning or basic demand forecasting.

• Experience developing or using supplier performance scorecards.

• Strong understanding of supplier evaluation, including cost, quality, reliability, and service considerations.

• Intermediate Excel skills for supply chain reporting and analysis.

• Experience analyzing inventory and stock levels.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to explain supply chain concepts, analysis, and decisions clearly.

• Ability to work independently and manage deliverables in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct responsibility for supplier performance monitoring and supplier relationship management.

• Experience working with Purchasing Agents or in roles combining sourcing and procurement responsibilities.

• Experience with end-to-end procurement processes.

• Experience building supply plans from demand or inventory data.

• Strong familiarity with supply chain reporting, inventory metrics, and operational performance analysis.

• Experience working across multiple ERP or supply chain systems.

• Experience with AI evaluation, training, or technology projects is helpful but not required.
