About the Role

We are seeking Training & Development Specialists with experience in instructional design, adult learning, training delivery, or learning program development.

You will design practical learning programs, define measurable objectives, create educational content, and develop assessments that accurately measure learner progress. The work involves applying your professional expertise to realistic learning and development scenarios that can also be used to evaluate and improve AI systems.

No prior AI experience is required. Your expertise in learning design and development is what matters.

What You’ll Do

• Define clear, measurable learning objectives for specific audiences and learning needs.

• Design structured learning programs that connect objectives with modules, activities, learning resources, and assessments.

• Develop engaging educational content, including instructional materials, presentations, guides, and digital learning resources.

• Create basic assessment tools such as quizzes and rubrics to measure learner understanding and achievement.

• Map learning outcomes to appropriate activities and assessment methods.

• Review learning programs and materials for clarity, relevance, consistency, and learner effectiveness.

• Refine program designs and educational content based on stakeholder feedback and changing requirements.

• Document learning-design processes, methodologies, and best practices to support consistent quality and knowledge sharing.

• Communicate clearly with stakeholders and project teams in a remote environment.

Requirements

• Professional experience in training and development, instructional design, adult learning, education, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of learning objectives, learning outcomes, and instructional design principles.

• Experience designing learning programs and mapping objectives to modules, activities, and assessments.

• Experience creating educational or instructional content for digital or remote delivery.

• Ability to develop practical quizzes, rubrics, and other basic assessment tools.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly to different audiences.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deliverables.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote environment.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to learner-centered design.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing learning programs for diverse audiences or professional environments.

• Background in adult learning, corporate training, instructional design, curriculum development, or learning experience design.

• Experience creating digital learning materials, presentations, instructional guides, or online training resources.

• Experience evaluating learning outcomes or improving training programs based on learner or stakeholder feedback.

• Familiarity with structured assessment and rubric design.

• Experience documenting instructional design processes, standards, or best practices.

• Ability to adapt learning programs as project requirements evolve.

Compensation & Engagement
