Compensation: $70–$110/hour ($145,600–$228,800 annualized, based on 40 hours/week)

About the Opportunity

We are seeking experienced Project Management Specialists to help evaluate and improve advanced AI systems.

You will apply your real-world project management expertise to evaluate AI-generated project management content and workflows, particularly across schedules, budgets, staffing, procurement, and stakeholder communications for technical and cross-functional projects.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate AI-generated project plans, status reports, stakeholder communications, and other project artifacts for quality and accuracy.

• Compare AI-generated responses based on planning rigor, execution feasibility, and stakeholder relevance.

• Review project management scenarios involving schedules, budgets, staffing, and procurement decisions.

• Provide expert feedback based on your professional project management experience.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience as a Project Management Specialist, Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, Program Manager, Project Coordinator, or in a closely related project management role.

• Experience coordinating schedules, timelines, procurement, staffing, and budgets across technical or cross-functional projects.

• Strong written English communication skills.

• Availability to commit 20+ hours per week.

Contract Details

• Work arrangement: Fully remote.

• Location: United States.

• Engagement: Independent contractor.

• Start: Immediate.

• Expected duration: Approximately 4–6 weeks.

• Initial payment is task-based, with hourly compensation available for the remainder of the project after successful completion and approval of the first task.

• Projects may be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on project requirements and performance.
