About the Opportunity

We are conducting a paid research study focused on how technical recruiting professionals source talent, manage hiring workflows, evaluate candidates, and work with clients and stakeholders.

We are looking for experienced technical recruiters, talent acquisition specialists, and recruiting project leads who can share practical insight into their day-to-day work and approach to complex searches.

What You'll Do

During a remote voice session, you will:

• Walk through your full-cycle technical recruiting process.

• Describe a recent challenging search and how you managed it.

• Explain how you communicate progress and manage stakeholder expectations.

• Review sample technical candidate profiles and discuss your initial screening criteria.

• Explain how you source technical talent in competitive markets.

• Discuss your approach to client relationships and workflow management.

Requirements

• Professional experience as a technical recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or technical recruiting project lead.

• Hands-on experience managing full-cycle hiring processes.

• Experience with client or stakeholder relationship management.

• Experience sourcing technical talent.

• Comfortable discussing recruitment workflows and screening approaches.

• Available to align with Monday–Saturday PST business hours.

Payment & Engagement Terms

• $3,000 one-time payment for the completed research engagement.

• You will participate as an independent contractor.

• The session is fully remote and can be completed on your own schedule within the required availability.

• Payment is issued once the work has been approved.

• The engagement may be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on project needs and performance.

• Participation must not involve confidential or proprietary information belonging to any employer, client, or institution.

• H-1B and STEM OPT candidates cannot be supported at this time.
