Job Description
Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join a profitable, growing talent marketplace connecting high-caliber engineers with global companies.
After a decade of successful operation and more than $16M in annual GMV, the company is transitioning from a services-driven marketplace into a high-scale technology platform. This is not a maintenance role; you will play a key role in building the technology that drives the company's next stage of growth.
As an early member of the product team, you will have significant ownership of the roadmap. The company understands its key bottlenecks and needs your expertise to discover and build the right solutions.
You will own product areas from conception through delivery, with a focus on customer experience, billing systems, and operational tooling that uses AI to automate complex workflows.
The company operates with a culture of transparency, high ownership, and a strong focus on impact over titles.
Key Responsibilities
Own the product lifecycle from initial discovery through delivery, defining clear success metrics before development begins.
Conduct deep discovery through user interviews, data analysis, and competitive research to validate product hypotheses.
Directly contribute to business growth by optimizing customer-facing products and internal operational tooling.
Lead hands-on implementation and experimentation with AI agents to automate and enhance product workflows.
Prioritize based on business impact, making clear decisions about what to build, what to skip, and what to sunset.
Collaborate closely with Product Design and Engineering to ship quickly, iterate continuously, and lead grooming, planning, and design reviews.
Provide engineering teams with the business context needed to make effective technical decisions without over-specifying or hand-holding.
Track and take full accountability for the business metrics—including revenue, retention, and conversion—affected by your product area.
Requirements
3+ years of Product Management experience within product-led companies, rather than outsource or agency models.
A proven track record of making product decisions that directly and measurably impacted core business metrics.
Experience working with and managing workflows for distributed, remote-first engineering teams.
High proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively across international stakeholders.
A startup mindset, with comfort operating in ambiguous environments characterized by high transparency and ownership.
Ability to work flexible hours across European, North American, or LatAm time zones.
Nice to Haves
Previous experience building B2B SaaS platforms.
Background in marketplace dynamics and two-sided platform growth.
Direct experience implementing AI-driven automation within a product ecosystem.
What You'll Get
The opportunity to shape the technological foundation of a profitable, established business.
A high-trust environment with minimal bureaucracy and no over-management.
Horizontal growth opportunities with increasing levels of ownership and influence.
A fully remote work culture with a diverse, international team.
Competitive base salary with a focus on long-term stability and professional autonomy.
